The Italy international has been sidelined since injuring ankle ligaments in the goalless draw against Yorkshire rivals Hull City, requiring surgery.
Meanwhile, Jamie Shackleton is also back in the matchday squad after overcoming a shoulder problem.
Speaking ahead of the game at Carrow Road, Farke said: “Overall there have been levels of progression.
“Willy has been back in team training since last Sunday so no problems so far.
“He hasn’t played for a while but he looked sharp in training and that’s something for the team to travel with us and be available for the game.
“Jamie Shackleton has been back in team training since the start of the week, and that is also a topic for the team.”
Farke has confirmed that Djed Spence, who injured his knee during training in early September, is continuing his rehabilitation at Thorp Arch and is still on schedule with his recovery programme.
Left-back Junior Firpo, who injured his knee shortly before the start of the season, is also progressing on his fitness journey, alongside Stuart Dallas, who is out with a long-term injury.
On Spence, Farke continued: “Djed is doing his rehabilitation here, also normal progress but it will be a few weeks before he returns to team training. He is already on the pitch but not with the team.
“Junior Firpo has resumed team training since Tuesday. He did a full session yesterday, today he trained individually because he was absent for four or five months. He is part of the integrated team.
“The next step will be that he can join us for a full week of training and will then need a few weeks to be ready to be available. That’s certainly not a Norwich topic.
“With Stuart Dallas, he has been out for so long, he is also partly integrated. He has joined us in several parts of team training and also has to train individually or recover.
“We want him back to full team training and then it will take him three or four weeks to really be back, it will be a while.”
