Rick Skilliter, Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist, will present the “Living in Mental Wellness” forum at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7 at Yoder Recital Hall.
During this forum, the former Bluffton Police Chief will discuss the importance of reducing stigma toward those who live with or support someone living with mental health and substance abuse issues.
Skilliter is the executive director of PASS (Prevention Awareness Support Services), a nonprofit organization serving west-central Ohio. The presentation is free and open to the public.
