WOODBURY — Liz Cornish, senior and memory care consultant, will host a discussion on guilt and duty to care at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16 at the Woodbury Public Library, 269 Main St. South.
The conversation will focus on ways to manage caregiver guilt, ways to improve health and well-being, and how technology can help.
Ms. Cornish, MSPT, CDP, Senior and Memory Care Consultant, is the owner of New Season in Life LLC.
She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Certified Dementia Care Specialist as well as a Certified Rehabilitation Tai Chi Instructor.
She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in physical therapy from Springfield College.
She is a member of the Avon Chamber of Commerce and the Health Council.
