In today’s modern society, the topic of self-love is largely neglected and forgotten, despite its true importance to humans. To me, self-love represents self-acceptance for who you are in the present moment and who you are evolving into. Here’s an A-Z list of easy ways to practice self-care:
A – Allow yourself to make mistakes because no one is perfect.
B – Breathe… You can do whatever you want.
VS – Create a new playlist with all your favorite songs.
D -Dance like no one is watching.
E – All shower.
F – Focus on eating a healthy, nutritious diet to nourish your body.
g – Go have a coffee to meet your friends.
H – Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
I – Ignite the energy you hold within you.
J. – Journal your thoughts and feelings.
K – Know and recognize your limits.
L – Light a candle or plug in a diffuser with your favorite essential oils.
Mr. – Mindfulness! Focus on the present moment and avoid dwelling on what is to come or what has already passed.
NOT – Notice how you feel: physically, mentally and emotionally.
Oh – Organize your space.
P. – Practice positive self-talk.
Q – Quiet time to collect your thoughts and reflect.
A. – Rest and recharge your batteries.
S – Set a schedule.
T – Treat yourself from time to time.
U – Unplug from social media.
V – Venture to a new place and explore.
W – Go outside to enjoy the sun and admire the beauty around you.
X – Exercise. It is so important to move your body every day.
Yes – Yoga or stretching to release accumulated tension in your body.
Z – Zen! Meditate, practice awareness, and clear your mind of all negative thoughts.
