THE BIG SPOON So, a healthy diet contains plenty of fruits and vegetables like broccoli. It contains a lot of carbohydrates like bread potatoes or pasta.
Certain servings of protein should be eaten daily – like eggs, meat or fish… or beans! And it’s also important to eat dairy products – milk, cheese or yogurt. Or have an alternative, like soy milk or oat milk.
It is healthy to have a small amount of fat and oil. And a little sugar. Not too much, or your body might not function as well as it should!
