I would eat mac and cheese every day if I could. But unfortunately, traditional macaroni and cheese lacks some of those pesky food groups (protein, vegetables) that you need to live a nutritious life.
So let’s add them! Really, it’s just a creamy pasta dish, but somehow everyone cheers when I tell them it’s mac and cheese (and then, in a smaller voice, whispers “with chicken and broccoli”).
