Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC has won the GIFA Award 2023 in the “Most Outstanding Islamic Bank 2023” category by the UK-based Global Islamic Finance Awards (GIFA).
This was announced at the 13th edition of the Global Islamic Finance Awards held recently in Dakar, Senegal, a press release said.
Top officials of international regulatory agencies, banking and non-banking financial institutions were present on the occasion.
The GIFA Award is recognized as a prestigious award in Islamic banking and finance worldwide. It is awarded each year to different organizations and individuals around the world.
