“With a walk score of 98, this fabulous community is just steps away from an eclectic mix of restaurants and entertainment, bustling breweries and unique shops,” Legacy Partners said in its announcement.
The complex consists of two buildings of three and four stories, respectively, and includes studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 550 to 1,612 square feet.
Units are equipped with gas cooktops, walk-in closets, built-in cabinets and furniture, high-speed fiber optic internet, full-size washers and dryers, oversized windows and movable kitchen islands , according to the promoter.
Additional amenities include landscaped courtyards and picnic areas; a fitness center with Techno Gym and Peloton equipment; community room with kitchen, living room and games room; low-emission Tesla and EV charging stations; and bicycle storage.
On the rooftop, residents have access to a swimming pool, spa, barbecue area and views of Mount Diablo and the surrounding Diablo Range mountains.
Legacy at Livermore is the newest Legacy community to open in the East Bay. Last year, Legacy opened the 97-unit Legacy in Hayward, which is currently 93 percent leased, according to the developer.
The Livermore and Hayward projects suffered a setback in 2021 when the developments’ original contractor, Katerra, filed for bankruptcy. Construction of the two new complexes was halted for several months until a new contractor was found. In Livermore, construction resumed in November 2021 with San Jose-based SBI Builders, Inc.
In addition to the residential units, the Legacy at Livermore community also includes 11,679 square feet of ground floor commercial space that is leased by Lee & Associates ǀ East Bay, Inc.
