May is Mental Health Month, an important month to draw attention to strategies and approaches that can contribute to well-being.

This year’s theme is Look Around, Look Within, which means taking the time to be aware of your surroundings and how they affect you. Topics that Mental Health America specifically addresses in its campaign include safe and stable housing, health environments, neighborhoods and cities, and the outdoors and nature.
