Our relationship with food – individually, collectively in the communities we live in, and globally – is being challenged and reinvented. On the one hand, it is a question of choice and alternative options. At the other end of the spectrum, this is a crisis where issues of food security, nutrition and sustainability present significant challenges.
Ryerson researchers are studying the subject of food from a new perspective and paving the way for sustainability as well as the socio-economic and environmental aspects of putting healthy foods on tables.
