LENOIR — Quest4Life Wellness Center celebrated International Self-Care Day on Monday, July 24. Members, staff and guests gathered at the gym all day for free gym admission, door prizes and tours of the facilities. Quest4Life also offered a free month of membership to guests who joined the gym during the event. Blue Moose served its famous coffee and drinks from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The property includes amenities such as a sauna, steam room, hot tub, swimming pool, indoor walking track, and exercise area stocked with modern fitness equipment.
