SOUTHBURY — The Southbury Public Library will host the Recognizing Red, Yellow and Green Flags in Relationships program, with Dr. Wendy Hurwitz, from 1 to 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 10, in the Kingsley Room at 100 Poverty Rd.
The program will examine the signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships.
In any relationship or friendship, challenges can arise. Participants will learn about red flags, signaling warning signs of unhealthy relationships; yellow flags, signaling caution, and green flags, signaling healthy relationships.
Participants will learn the warning signs of unhealthy relationships, warning signs, and characteristics of healthy relationships and friendships.
A graduate of Yale University School of Medicine, Dr. Wendy Hurwitz is a nationally recognized expert on stress. A former medical researcher for ABC News, Dr. Hurwitz is an expert in two areas: mind/body medicine and energy medicine.
Like all Southbury Public Library programs, this program is free and open to anyone, regardless of city of residence.
