The 40+ sessions that make up EMW are largely delivered by e-MFP’s diverse and engaged membership base, and we are very excited about the EMW 2023 programming which is organized into several thematic streams, such as digitalization, social performance, financing/investment – and this year there will also be streams on refugee financing, agrofinance, with a particular focus on green and climate-smart finance, and “Food security and nutrition” – the theme of the European Microfinance Prize 2023. There will be well over 30 breakout sessions on these broader themes, and these will cover areas ranging from client protection, access to water and sanitation, education financing, financial health, outcome drivers, forest financing, inclusive insurance and climate resilience, to name a few. just a little bit.

Action Group (AG) meetings, as well as closed, invitation-only sessions, breakfasts, and a state-of-the-art conferencing platform and app that both in-person and remote participants can use.
