What is Microsoft Copilot Pro?
Powered by OpenAI’s GPT 4 model, GPT Copilots will allow users to customize the behavior of Microsoft Copilot on a particular topic of interest, such as fitness, travel, cooking, etc.
In addition to bringing AI capabilities to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, the company also announced the Bing Chat app that can respond to prompts on all Android and iOS smartphones.
“The Copilot mobile app includes the same features as Copilot on your PC, including access to GPT-4, Dall-E 3 for creating images, and the ability to use images from your phone when chatting with Copilot,” the company said in a statement. Blog.

Furthermore, Copilot features are also integrated into the Microsoft 365 mobile application which hosts all commonly used applications such as Word and Excel, on phones and PCs.What does it allow?
AI features can now allow users to convert Word documents into presentation slides, create new slides from prompts, and even create multimodal content such as text to image.
In Excel, Copilot can summarize data sheets to produce tables, graphs, trends and insights. It can run formulas and calculations simply based on text prompts.
Similarly, AI in Word can either create documents from scratch or modify existing ones to create concise and structured content.
For Outlook and Teams, Copilot can take meeting notes, summarize emails, and even create a team plan for a quarter. These processes can be more efficient and precise thanks to Copilot GPTs trained on the activity of an individual or a team.
Since Copilot Chat is powered by GPT-4, it can also help software developers edit code, enable faster coding as well as detect bug fixes and errors.
The slew of features announced under the Copilot umbrella are expected to begin rolling out next month, according to Microsoft’s blog.
