Popular broadcaster Adin Ross is criticized for his comments about the mental health of boxer Ryan Garcia. Garcia became a topic of discussion on social media after sharing a series of messages raising concerns about his mental well-being.
Garcia’s alarming social media posts involved allegations of Satanism and accusations that he witnessed acts of sexual abuse at the secret Bohemian Grove, a private club particularly known for its elite members. Aside from concerns about his mental health, people have also questioned his ability to perform, especially now that he’s gearing up for a fight against Devin Haney on April 20.
Ross has now joined the group of people who have questioned Garcia’s mental health on social media. The famous Kick Streamer addressed the issue during one of his live shows.
What did Adin Ross say?
“Sometimes when you’re in a position like Ryan Garcia, you have a lot of pressure,” Ross said. “It is sometimes very difficult to be mentally stable.” He added that one can often “break down” or “have episodes.”
“Someone around Ryan just needs to make sure he’s OK,” he said, adding that someone should sit down and talk to him. Ross added that he didn’t know if Garcia was using cocaine.
“I’m praying for you, Ryan,” he added. “I have love for Ryan, I talked to Ryan, he checked on me a lot.”
Ross’s concern for Garcia, however, did not go down well with his audience. Some have argued that the way Ross handled the issue, on a public platform, is not the right way to approach a sensitive topic like this. While some said a private discussion would have been a better way to handle the issue, others accused Ross of simply trying to capitalize on a hot topic. Some even accused Ross of having ties to “elites” who Garcia said were involved in inappropriate acts.
“Adin knows what Ryan is talking about but he’s just a puppet to them,” one user on TikTok commented under the video of Ross’ stream. “Adin is on the side of the elites,” said another.
