On December 6, 2023, Trupanion will host a YouTube premiere titled “Understanding and Managing Pet Behavioral Health.” Throughout the premiere, panelists will discuss topics related to pet behavioral health and offer expert advice on how to manage our pets’ behavioral health issues.

This premiere comes at a time when veterinary visits related to behavioral problems in pets are increasing. The first will be hosted by Dr. Steve Weinrauch, BVMS, MRCVS, Trupanion’s Chief Veterinarian, and internationally renowned guest speakers in the field of animal health, with particular expertise in neurology, neuroscience, and behavioral sciences. Panelists include:

• Dr. Carrie Jurney, Diplomat American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (Neuro), is a veterinary neurologist and owner of a practice in Remedy Veterinary Specialists In San Francisco. She is a passionate advocate for mental health and wellbeing and is President of Not One More Vet, the world’s largest wellbeing-focused charity for veterinary professionals. This role has led her to lecture internationally on the subject and she is currently writing a handbook on veterinary team wellbeing.
