Award-winning nutritionist Rob Hobson writes cookbook to combat the health risks of ultra-processed foods (UPF), Detransform your life: free yourself from ultra-processed foods for good.
HarperCollins said it was “the first cookbook to address the very real health risks of eating a diet full of UPF.”
HarperNonFiction publishing director Katya Shipster has agreed a deal for UK and Commonwealth rights, with Dorie Simmonds of Dorie Simmonds Agency Ltd. Publication is planned in hardback and e-book on January 4, 2024.
