As a student of history and English literature, these questions were a joy to write and a fun workout for my brain. I hope you enjoyed reading them as much as I enjoyed thinking about and writing my responses.
History. Despite the recent shift toward science and technology, we must not give up or turn our backs on history, because those who do not study history are doomed to repeat it.
As we watch the world through our televisions, the recurring feeling of déjà vu is a dispiriting sight. Haunting echoes of past conflicts resonate with their familiar origins and devastating consequences. We are able to make connections, but hesitant to act to prevent history from repeating itself.
In times like these, we need figures like Ben Lesser, a Holocaust survivor, who we can look up to. Through interviews, publications, and an unwavering spirit, he has focused his life on educating the next generation about the Holocaust.
Amidst similar contemporary wars and conflicts, may the stories of ambassadors like Ben Lesser enlighten not only the general public but also those in power about the recent and frightening reality of genocide, urging them to chart a path towards peace sustainable.
However, history is not limited to the dusty tomes of books, but resides in our very beings. Our personal history, all its triumphs and tribulations, is what creates our identity and shapes our character.
To avoid being embarrassed or becoming too emotional, we often avoid our past, especially difficult situations. The basis for learning more is to trace our past experiences and recognize those missteps.
Mistakes are signs of progress being made for a reason. If we try to go back and erase or ignore our history of mistakes, we will end up erasing the essence of our existence.
If there is no story, there is no self. It is by knowing history that we know ourselves. Let us cherish its wisdom, learn from the lessons it teaches on a global and personal scale, and shape a future free from mindless repetition before we too become history.

The world needs to learn more about mental health. Mental health can be defined as an individual’s emotional, psychological and social well-being. Our mental health affects the way we think and feel and plays a vital role in our overall well-being. Mental wellness is a superpower. It brings you vitality, happiness and alertness.
It is essential to learn about different mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and stress, as they are prevalent around the world. According to studies in the United States, one in five adolescents suffers from a mental health disorder and half of young people suffering from depression attempt suicide at least once.
Learning about mental health allows us to recognize early signs of problems and offer appropriate support. Additionally, it plays a crucial role in reducing the stigma associated with mental illness. Understanding mental health issues can also help individuals cultivate compassion and create supportive communities.
When it comes to choosing an ambassador, mental health professionals, such as psychologists, psychiatrists, and counselors, are excellent choices because they have extensive knowledge and expertise in the field. They can serve as ambassadors by sharing accurate information and debunking myths.
Public figures can also help reduce stigma and raise awareness about the issue. Their influence can help reach a wider audience and spark conversations about mental wellbeing. One possible candidate is Demi Lovato, a celebrity who has been transparent about her experiences with mental health issues, including bipolar disorder, addiction and depression.
Students who have experienced mental health challenges can use their personal experiences to provide valuable information, empathy, and inspiration to their peers who may be facing similar challenges.
Let’s stand up for people struggling with mental health issues and finally end the stigma surrounding mental health.
